 Roxy Seligman with ReMax South did an outstanding job of educating me on the meaning of my short sale prior to the listing.  From “REALISTIC” market analysis to keeping me informed through the entire process; I can’t imagine working with anyone but Roxy!!  Her office worked with me through each detail and challenge as they arose with respect and dignity.  It was a difficult decision to make, yet with encouragement, educating me on the real facts, the entire sale was handled with integrity!   Roxy is an outstanding exception to the typical real estate agent.  Her office and staff worked hard to make my Short Sale happen!!
 
I came to Roxy in August 2009 having attempted every possible remedy with my bank to no avail.   I was prepared to have my family’s home Foreclosed and sold at auction within the next 30 days.  Roxy agreed to meet with me with little notice, and within 1 hour I had explained our story and predicament to her.  After sharing with Roxy all of our challenges with our bank she took on the Short Sale of our home with confidence.   She assured us with real and honest truths about the market and the difficulties with banks and agreed to get our Short Sale through. Roxy had our home listed on the MLS within 24 hours and was working every conceivable contact angle to start showing the home to perspective buyers within days of signing the listing paperwork. She worked with our schedule as we prepared to move in preparation for a buyer!
 
In this economy and with hundreds of homes on the market where we lived, we received a qualified bid within 60 days!! In 90 days we finished our short Sale and along the way were kept informed of all of the details of our transaction from Roxy and her team.  We started the process worried and pessimistic and ended the sale happy and confident that we made the right decision picking Roxy and her team to represent us with our Short Sale.
